Using ‘Trash’ For Pretty Gift Wrap


Yesterday, I received this bag and tissue paper as ‘free wrapping’ to my Christmas purchase. Ummm… thanks but no thanks. I think it says a lot when you give a present and put a little thought into the wrapping as well. It makes people feel a little extra special. Obviously, the bag had to go. But just before it reached the trash can, the simple print on the sides caught my attention so I started cutting…

Then I found this old bow in our decorating bin. The poor thing had had its glory days, but it was time for a little change.
